If a session is sold out and you don't want to sign up for a different one (or if they're all sold out), go to the CONTACT US page to fill out the form and request to be added to the waiting list, or email the retreat director directly if able.
*Available spots are typically set fewer than will actually attend, one attendee to a room, because there's no way to decide the ultimate number of spots until the rooming choices are clear. If sessions are sold out, get on the wait list quickly. The wait list will be accessed as soon as possible.
***Registrations are refundable as long as slots can be filled from a waiting list, or--if the wait list is empty--the attendee can find a replacement. However, two weeks before the first session, when the resort takes over the reservation list, they become nonrefundable.

- Step 1: Fill out the registration form below. All fields are required before accessing the PAYMENT page. (Please remember to update us with any change in your City/State or contact information, post-registration.)
- Step 2: Click SUBMIT. This submits the form and sends you to a hidden Payment Page on Fairwood's website. Only payment reserves a spot, and accommodations requests are considered in the order of payment received, dependent on roommate requests and ADA considerations.
- Step 3: At the Payment Page, choose your session.
- Step 4: The Rooming Preferences box is required. Fill in the accommodation preference dropdown menus, and use the last text box to leave any other notes. Please don't just choose 3 different cabins, or the same room/cabin for all three choices; it doesn't change the odds. Leaving anything blank means no preference.
- Step 5: Checkout from the Cart. Pay with Credit Card or PayPal. (IF USING PAYPAL AND THE ACCOUNT OR BIZ NAME ON IT IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR REGISTRATION NAME, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD A NOTE ABOUT IT.)
